The facility is being planned as a focused environment where workmanship, measurement, testing, and technical learning come together. The goal is not to promise instant power. The goal is to build performance responsibly through the right process.

Tune-up, bore-up, engine building, cylinder inspection, and performance preparation.
Cylinder & Machining
Boring/korter, honing, lathe work, milling, and selected precision machining.
Cylinder Head Development
Porting, flow-bench testing, valve-train development, and cylinder-head improvement.
Camshaft Development
Camshaft measurement, copy-cam capability, and selected profile development.
ECU & Testing
ECU remapping and dyno testing for measurement-led setup and verification.
Fabrication Support
Selected welding and workshop fabrication to support performance projects.

- We aim to understand the motorcycle, condition, intended use, and customer goal before recommending work.
- Measure the Baseline
- Where appropriate, we will document relevant measurements before modification.
- Explain the Scope
- Customers should understand the proposed work, estimated cost, key risks, and expected limitations.
- Build with Discipline
- Work will follow documented processes, cleanliness standards, and responsible quality checks.
- Test and Record
- Where capability permits, results will be checked and recorded rather than relying only on claims.
Workshop Development Update
The workshop site is secured and development is progressing through facility planning, electrical capacity, machine selection, layout, safety, sound control, and team training. Updates will be published as each milestone is completed.
